A digital product is travel plans, guides, list and descriptions of places of interest, practical advice, recommendations and other information important to the traveler, which is presented in electronic format and can be purchased and downloaded.
Before ordering our digital products on the Site, please read these Digital Product Delivery Rules ( the “Rules” ) in detail. The rules determine the general conditions for the purchase and sale of digital products offered on our Website (hereinafter referred to as the Digital Product ) and are applicable to your purchase of our Digital Products on the Website, as well as your continued use of the purchased Digital Products.
We reserve the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules, so we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Rules at the time of each Digital Product order. For a Digital Product, we always apply the Rules in effect at the time the Digital Product order is placed.

Conclusion of a contract for the provision of digital products

An agreement for the provision of digital products is considered concluded when you complete all of the following actions:
- You submit an order for Digital Products in the manner set forth in the Rules;
- You pay the price of the Digital Product as set forth in the Digital Product Description.
Evidence of Completion of Digital Product Provision ie . the confirmed order, its content, the date and time of submission, the payment data are stored in electronic format in the Seller’s database.
Ordering and paying for digital products
The composition (package) and prices of the Digital Products are specified on the Website for each Digital Product (travel plan). Digital products are sold at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
Always pay attention to the information provided with the specific Digital Product, what is included and what is not included in the price of the Digital Product.
After loading the selected Digital Product into the cart, you will be redirected to the Website window, where you will have to enter the data necessary for the submission and execution of the order, confirm that you have read and agree to these Rules, our Privacy Policy and pay for the order. After successful payment, the system will send a payment and order confirmation to your e-mail.
You are responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided when ordering Digital Products. If you provide incorrect data, e.g. wrong email e-mail address etc., we will not be responsible if you do not receive confirmation of the order for Digital Products, other important information about Digital Products or other obstacles to the proper provision of services appear.
We accept payment on the Website by bank card using the services of the Stripe payment system. We do not collect or store your bank card data – all payments are made through the secure Stripe payment system, according to the rules set by Stripe . NO RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE CONTRACT
We inform you that, despite the fact that the Digital Products are ordered and the contract for the provision of Digital Products is concluded remotely, the user’s right to withdraw from the contract (order) within 14 days in relation to the provision of Digital Products does not apply and is invalid.
By confirming your familiarity with these Rules, you also confirm that you have been properly informed that you will not have the right to withdraw from a remotely concluded contract and that you understand the consequences thereof.
